Nick Carter

Nick joined Mitie’s Waste business in October 2007; bringing over 25 years’ experience in the waste industry to the company. His expertise is within hazardous waste although he also has experience in logistics and recycling. Nick is a Graduate Chemist, a Chartered Waste Manager and has two Certificates of Technical Competence for Clinical and Hazardous Waste Management operations.

Nick has a wealth of knowledge, from technical and operations, to sales and marketing. Ultimately, Nick is responsible for our customer facing operations.

During his time at Mitie Waste he has developed and implemented a variety of procedures, structures and quality assurance systems to ensure our customers consistently get the highest quality services standards available. He has an extensive knowledge of environmental legislation and training requirements to support staff and audit suppliers.
